- Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategise the positioning of key strategic initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region's production targets
- Identify insights / trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key strategic initiatives
- Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or obtain on-ground feedback from Agency leaders / life planners, and provide insights to relevant internal teams e.g. Agency Strategy, Product Marketing etc
- Product specialist / subject matter expert for key products e.g. Takaful, GI and PRS/Mortgage and partner with Agency Performance team to drive cross selling in support of THS / TWS strategy
- Manage day-to-day agency BAU activities e.g. end-to-end coordination of Elite recruitment, embedment of digital tools etc)
- Degree holder
- Minimum 10 or more years of relevant working experience in marketing, ideally in a high growth business environment
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Enthusiasm in work
