You will develop long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase the hotel's revenue and achieve Revenue Market Share Index. You will also work closely with the Cluster Revenue and Sales & Marketing teams (as well as other relevant departments) to maximise room yield through inventory control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt standards, as well as assisting in managing reservations and providing business trend analysis to increase market share.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in Revenue or Reservation department or as Team Leader in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
