    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
    • Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
    • Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
    • Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
    • Take the extra mile to engage with consumers

    The Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services and IT industry.
    • You have working knowledge of chat support, communication and typing
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
