We partner with a wide range of merchants across Malaysia and Southeast Asia to deliver tailored services such as merchant acquisition, campaign planning, and loyalty program development.
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to help expand our merchant network and contribute to the success of our client campaigns.
What You'll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
Identify, approach, and negotiate with merchants and retailers to secure deals, privileges, or rewards in line with client marketing campaigns.
Support client loyalty programs by sourcing suitable merchant partners, presenting campaign ideas, and securing commercial agreements.Serve as the main point of contact for merchants and ensure timely, accurate communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Prepare reports and performance summaries for internal and client use.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role involving negotiation or partnership development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in presenting to and engaging with decision-makers
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, or any related field
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Note:
High-potential fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience may also be considered.
