Description

• Independently execute store update based on regional VM directive and trading plan, creating appealing and eye-catching VM product display for stores in KL and other cities
• Creative use of graphics & props to enhance brand presence and storytelling across all stores.
• Ensure VM presentation (product display, props, fixtures, and fittings) are in perfect order at all times.
• Coordinate the procurement, creation, installation, and delivery of visual & props (eg. Placing visual order, PO insurance, tracking follow-up, etc.)
• Prepare VM report after each store update.
• Cross functional communication and alignment among departments for seasonal store update, event, and other projects.
• Provide VM support for new store opening, Pop-up space and event.
• Support Malaysia Retail and FOS repair and maintenance works.
• Create promo signage for retail and FOS (added advantage).
• Support the primary/ matrix managers on any ad-hoc assignment tasked.
• Keep VM database updated.
