Job Title : Manager - UI /UX DesignROLE PURPOSE :

• Responsible for the overall design of the interface and interactions of build (application software or website), layered by a thorough understanding of information architecture.
• Responsible for facilitating user experience design and requirements.
• Defines the Design principles and prescribes the design playbook.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Identify and validate user pain points or outputs that require innovative solutions through executive stakeholder audience
engagement as a partner, trusted advisor and operating through influence

• Drive creation of experience maps, concept storyboards and functional wireframes

• Plan and lead business ideation & discovery workshops

• Work with Sector/Business/Support owners & other stakeholders to digitalize & innovate on user experience

• Defines the Design Principles and prescribes the design playbook, which in turn creates and deliver quality UX across multiple
platforms web and app, desktop, laptop, mobile, & tablet.

• Provides guidance on UX trends and issues. Lead in UX research and usability sessions.

• Collaborate to create & deliver quality UX across multiple platforms & touch points, and in building interactive prototypes

• Collaborate to create artifacts to document information architecture, wireframes, UX design requirements &
interaction design specifications
