- Drafting and reviewing on wide range of legal agreements and policies, including IT agreements, services agreements, collaboration agreements and insurance related policies and documents.
- Carrying out legal research in relation to legal issues arising from legal agreements/documents and business operations.
- Providing legal solutions to management and stakeholders, including advising on legal risks, contractual obligations and strategies to enable overall attainment of business goals.
- Any other duties of an in-house counsel.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or equivalent LLB qualifications.
- 5 years of PQE onwards.
- Experience in corporate and commercial matters.
- Experience in insurance business and drafting of insurance agreements is not a prerequisite but an additional advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous and capable in managing multiple stakeholders.
- A team player, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
