- Present and report key financials and KPIs including provide variance and trend analysis
- Monitor, review, and provide insight of business performance and profitability including recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
- Ensure that the management reporting and analysis are reliable, timely and accurate
- Study, analyse and benchmark competitors' performance including identify trends and opportunities to enhance financial performance
- Oversee and manage the budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Ensure the compliance of the established financial management framework, policy and guidelines
- Develop performance measures that support the Bank's strategic direction and monitor the implementation of strategic business plans
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost saving and system enhancement
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the management team and provide advice on the financial implications of business activities
- Interactions and collaborations with stakeholders and business partners within UOB Group to drive executions, resolve issues and leverage resources.
- Lead and motivate the Performance Management team, demonstrating drive to make a positive difference, influence and provide clarity to for the team.
- Build on existing data analytics capabilities to support in-depth analysis of business performance.
