Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable and efficient server-side applications using AWS Serverless technologies, such as Lambda, SNS, and SQS services.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces with backend functionality.
• Design and optimize databases, specifically MongoDB, to support application requirements.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years' of relevant work experience as a Backend Developer
• Strong proficiency in AWS Serverless technologies, such as Lambda, SNS, and SQS services
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB and its query language
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend systems
• Proficiency in and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of Git
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good English speaking and writing is a must. Cantonese and Mandarin are preferable
