    ASSISTANT MANAGER, CAR PARK OPERATIONS & SECURITY

    Description

    This role will be responsible to manage the car park operations & security teams and ensure the car park and security operations runs smoothly in the shopping mall.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    1. To setup and manage the daily operations of an in-house car park.

    • To ensure the car park service provided is of a consistently high standard.
    • To maintain the car park infrastructure, enforcement, cash collection and cleaning.
    • To formulate the standard operating procedures for car park operations.
    • To conduct parking demand analysis and identify suitable congestion management strategies for implementation.
    • To monitor financial performance against budgeted performance.
    • To ensure compliance with relevant acts, laws, rules and regulations, statutory requirements and guidelines issued from time to time by the regulatory bodies and the Group's internal policies and procedures.
    • To provide coaching, guidance and feedback to staff to develop a team of competent current and future staff force.
    • To stay abreast of industry trends, new products and developments, guidelines, policies, rules and regulations.
    To oversee the safety and security department for the shopping mall and its surrounding perimeter.

    • To establish and maintain good relationship with all in-house and external parties including the police force, bomba and other authorities.
    • To develop and maintain safety and security strategies as well as policies and procedures to protect the company's properties, tenants and customers.
    • To conduct the investigations and liaise with relevant authorities on all matters pertaining to the safety and security.
    • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

    Education

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

    Experience

    Min 5 years of working experience in the related position
