• Build and sustain a strong partnership pipeline with healthcare, social, government or corporate institutions

• Serve as a "business partner" to our client, facilitating through needs finding through to project implementation
• Actively identify needs amongst our partners, and build a business case around it through effective market research

• Coordinating tasks by different people on different sites to ensure uniformity upon project completion
• Ensuring timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary wastages
• Working within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses
• Procuring and allocating resources to ensure there is no shortage while avoiding any unnecessary delays caused by management decisions
