    Role Overview

    This remote, full-time position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a passion for the blockchain industry. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities, engaging with clients, and fostering long-term relationships, especially with leading wallet providers, custodians, and blockchain foundations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct targeted research to identify new market opportunities and prospective clients
    • Arrange and lead business meetings, presenting RockX's services tailored to client needs
    • Actively promote our services, aligning with market trends and client objectives
    • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth
    • Manage the full sales cycle, achieving targets through effective negotiation and relationship building

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in the Blockchain or Web3 space
    • Good knowledge in Staking and Access Node
    • Experienced in blockchain technology and passionate about blockchain infrastructure
    • Proven experience in business development or sales
    • Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment
    • A track record of successful sales in technology sectors is desirable
