Responsibilities:


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the security industry.
  • Analyse market data and competitor intelligence to develop informed business development strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to security services.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for business development efforts.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
  • Qualify leads and prospects based on criteria such as budget, needs, and fit with company capabilities.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our security solutions and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions to meet client needs.

Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:

  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients, outlining pricing, terms, and deliverables.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements to secure profitable business opportunities while mitigating risks.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and track sales opportunities and activities in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
  • Forecast sales projections, revenue targets, and pipeline growth, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to accelerate sales cycles and close deals efficiently.

Marketing and Promotional Activities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and messaging aligned with business development objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels and platforms to support lead generation efforts and enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the security industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant business tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Salary:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
