    Description

    Objective and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project. The project engineer works to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.
    • Responsible for formulating a reasonable production plan and assigning it ti each team according to production plan
    • Responsible for the formulation and tracking of production material requirements and communicate with relevant personnel
    • Responsible for the tracking of the production progress ,the execution of the completion of the production plan and the tracking and processing of abnormal orders
    • Responsible for timely feedback to superiors and handling abnormal problems in production
    • Report production issues or failures to the manager, investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions
    • Develop strategies to improve production efficiency
    • Assist with factory development in automation and layout system improvements
    • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
    • Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
    • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
    • Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
    • Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.

    Skill and Qualification Required

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering
    • At least 2 years of working experience from manufacturing industry (preferable construction material)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Able to accept challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Good attitude, independent, analytical and good supporter of teamwork
    • Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all levels as well as clients
    • Possess own transport

    • MYR 3,500 - MYR 5,000

    Working Hours

    • Monday to Friday (08.00am pm) , Saturday (08.00am to 12.00pm)
