- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best-fit talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Provide guidance to clients on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Manage payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and employment laws.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and activities aimed at enhancing the workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of payroll administration and relevant software.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin preferred but not mandatory).
