Job Description

• Develop and execute sustainability strategies for the group to enhance environmental friendliness.
• Propose and implement initiatives addressing energy use, conservation, pollution reduction, and recycling, considering cost-effectiveness and integration feasibility.
• Evaluate and improve sustainability programs, reporting findings to the Sustainability Steering Committee regularly.
• Monitor reporting standards (UNSDG, GRI, Bursa) to ensure consistent adherence, acting as the liaison for sustainability matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Accountable for overall sustainability disclosures in Quarterly Sustainability Update and Annual Report.
• Manage and update relevant committees on sustainability initiatives and projects regularly.
• Conduct sustainability awareness activities for the company through various channels.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of sustainability projects across the company, meeting targets and deadlines.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the immediate superior.

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive experience in ESG, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.
• Knowledgeable in core ESG issues within manufacturing / industrial / services sectors.
• 8 to 10 years' experience leading and implementing corporate sustainability initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both oral and written).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate horizontally across diverse business sectors and geographical locations, as well as vertically across all staff levels.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a self-motivated and independent work style.
• Proficient in managing teams and serving as an advisor to the sustainability community within the Group of Companies.
• Willingness to travel as needed across the Group of Companies.
