Roles & Responsibilities

Understand and interpret market opportunity and product requirements. Engage stakeholders from various departments and divisions to gather business / operations requirements and convert the idea to User Requirement document. Work closely with Head of Product, Operation Team, UX Lead, Scrum Master, Technical Lead and Development Team to translate the user requirement into actual deliverables and operationalise product. Present the wireframe and mock-up to be discussed and shared with stakeholders. Manage the entire product life cycle and its profitability and usability. Analyse and prepare report(s) for each product. Provide support to internal users/ team members. Provide plan for product enhancement and improvision.
