    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain the general ledger accounts, including journal preparation, review and approval.
    • Perform reconciliation of financial data recorded in general ledger to the appropriate supporting documentation and ensure all balance sheet accounts are valid, accurate and complete.
    • Review and validate Capex related purchase requisition to align with group policy and procedure.
    • Regular review of bank open items to ensure timely reconciliation and follow up of any discrepancies.
    • Regular review and monitor the reporting of fixed assets, intercompany transaction and etc, in collaboration with SSC and local finance team.
    • Support of cash management activities including performing internal and external banking transaction.
    • Manage IFRS 16 reporting including review, maintain and modify lease contract in leap database including embedded lease reporting.
    • Ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting and fulfilment of group accounting reporting policy and any IFRS requirements, including adoption of global process and documentation of any deviation.
    • Implement and maintain an effective ICS, this includes to conduct assigned controls on day-to-day basis, to create and store evidence as per Group/Division ICS policy.
    • Deliver the processes in scope to the agreed KPI requirements and support performance management.
    • Support on internal and external audit activities and documentation on work instruction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
    • Minimum 1 years relevant working experience.
    • The candidate should demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn, especially in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
    • Experience of using Oracle Cloud would be value-added.
    • It is one year contract positions.
