    Description

    Job Summary:

    We're looking for an IT Automation Service Delivery Engineer to boost our automated systems in the semiconductor packaging sector. You'll be key in integrating IT automation solutions, improving system performance, and driving innovation in manufacturing processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Technical Support:
    • Help troubleshoot manufacturing automation systems.
    • Resolve system issues promptly.
    • System Maintenance:
    • Monitor systems regularly for optimal performance.
    • Manage backups and disaster recovery plans.
    • Project Implementation:
    • Collaborate on deploying new IT projects.
    • Ensure timely project completion.
    • Process Optimization:
    • Analyze processes and suggest improvements.
    • Implement automation to boost efficiency.
    • Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure IT practices meet regulatory standards.
    • Maintain system security.
    • Documentation:
    • Keep detailed records of configurations and changes.
    • Document troubleshooting procedures.
    • Collaboration:
    • Work with other departments to align IT services with business needs.
    • Communicate effectively with non-IT staff.
    • Training:
    • Educate staff on new technologies.
    • Develop user guides and training materials.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in SECS/GEM protocol.
    • Ability to monitor and analyze system logs.
    • Familiarity with database management and IT infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good communication and teamwork.
    • Effective time management.

    Flexibility:

    • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

    Experience:

    • 1-3 years' experience in IT automation service delivery.
