    About the Company

    Our client is engaged in one line of business: the development, manufacturing, marketing, sales and service of semiconductor assembly equipment for the global semiconductor and electronics industries.

    Job Objectives:

    • Enhance company's Environment, Social and Governance related aspects and drive Sustainability Projects.
    • Compile and analyze ESG related data.
    • Ensure conformance to the ESG initiatives implementation across the company.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and work on ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) rating by ascertaining and measuring sustainability efforts and monitor sustainability indicators, such as energy usage, natural resource usage, waste generation, recycling, etc.
    • Driving ESG initiatives program implementation within the company.
    • Assist to build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of sustainability initiatives and programs.
    • Identify opportunities for more sustainable practices and create new sustainability indicators.
    • Work closely with management and the global team to develop appropriate goals, metrics and process for measuring the Company's performance with respect to sustainability including safety, health, environmental, social and governance.
    • Collect and analyse company-wide data on sustainability initiatives and programs and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to provide senior management with relevant analysis and recommendations on sustainability programs and reporting.
    • Collaborate with the global team in data reporting and target settings.
      Assist in preparation of sustainability related reports, benchmarking and identify improvements.
    • Assist in development of reports or presentations to communicate and raise awareness on effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
    • Assist in communicating and promoting sustainability initiatives and programs; participate in the development of a sustainability communication strategy.
    • Performs ad hoc work and investigations on areas of concerns as and when required.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development or a related discipline related with 3 years working experience.

    Technical Skill Requirements:

    • Knowledgeable in sustainability management and sustainability reporting standards, e.g. GRI, CDP, etc.
    • Relevant experience in environmental and climate change subjects i.e. Energy, Water, Waste, Emissions etc.
    • Knowledgeable in Environment, Safety and Health related management system (e.g ISO14001, ISO 45001, RBA)
