    Job Description

    We're now looking for a Sales Ops Specialist to join our APAC team.

    Role Purpose:

    This role helps executes the post-sale, order to cash process for the Omdia & Wards Intelligence businesses. This includes ensuring accurate sales contracts and successful handover to downstream delivery teams for invoicing and fulfillment. It is also a primary responsibility to promptly and accurately resolve amendments and queries. e Sales Enablement & CRM team concentrates on the systems and technologies the sales team uses and identifies information

    Areas of Responsibility & Accountability


    •Manages the sales order approval process for an agreed area of responsibility:


    •Rejects orders that do not adhere to business rules/authority framework


    •Escalates queries to compliance


    •Ensures orders adhere to data standards


    •Ensures all orders meet criteria for successful processing on SAP


    •Provides support to sales staff to ensure thorough understanding of the business requirements


    •Monitors orders that are between sales and fulfilled to ensure all orders are dealt with in a timely manner


    •Ensures processed orders are correct and meet the high standards required to ensure the best customer experience


    •Follows agreed regular best practice duties including under/over payments, overdue payments, on hold orders, updating of SFDC status


    •Works with SSC and BI sales and central teams in a positive manner to resolve issues in a pragmatic and timely fashion


    •Communicates of changes to process and business rules to ensure understanding by co-workers and other teams


    •Highlights any practices that are not aligned to the standard process and identify issues that affect the customer experience

    Qualifications

    Knowledge & Skills


    •Understands sales principles and processes


    • (and experience of other tools, systems and technologies used by Sales teams) knowledge and strong Excel skills


    •Process improvement expertise


    •Strong financial knowledge/client billing and invoicing


    •Excellent ability to balance multiple projects and responsibilities


    •Strong inter-personal and communication skills

    Experience & Qualifications


    •Demonstrable experience within a quality control environment, focusing on accuracy of data, delivery, reporting and reconciliation of sold programs.


    •Experience within a Sales Operations and Sales Enablement environments, focusing on sales order process, delivery, and reporting.


    •Highly organized, with a strong ability to balance multiple projects at once while paying attention to detail to focus on accuracy and timeliness of delivery.


    •Exemplary high standards of customer service, integrity; motivated and driven to succeed


    •Ability to work independently as well as in a partnership and team
