    Job Description

    1. Provide administrative, logistical, and secretarial support to the company
    2. Assist in management of daily operations and communications with teams.
    3. Analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
    4. Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
    5. Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the Manager.
    6. Monitoring of WhatsApp's chats, emails, and calls to maintain SLAs.
    7. Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
    8. Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

    Job Requirements

    1. Minimum 1 year job experience, no experience candidates are welcome to apply too.
    2. Ability to work with diverse groups of coworkers.
    3. Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
    4. A willingness to learn.
    5. Good computer skills
    6. Good multi-tasking skills
    7. Comfortable with night shift
    8. Working Shift Hours
