    Change Management Consultant (renewable contract)

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic software company.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for software implementations and technology upgrades.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and secure buy-in for change initiatives.
    • Communication Planning: Create clear and effective communication plans, including messages, channels, and timing, to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout change projects.
    • Change Impact Assessment: Assess the potential impact of changes on employees, processes, and workflows. Develop strategies to mitigate risks, address resistance, and ensure a seamless transition.
    • Training and Development: Oversee the planning and execution of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new software and technology.
    • Resistance Management: Identify sources of resistance and develop strategies to overcome resistance, ensuring that the organization is prepared and motivated to embrace change.
    • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor the progress of change initiatives, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to the change management plan.
    • Documentation: Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reports related to the change management process.
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field
    • Proven experience in change management, preferably within the software industry.
    • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
