We are seeking an experienced property management department head who will be responsible for the overall leadership across the end-to-end property functions from business planning, operations, procurement compliance, project and financial management. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head, Group Operations & Technology and manage a team of 40 personnel. To apply, you must have a minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with proven ability in leading teams across disciplines to meet KPIs and budget. Your responsibilities will include;

Leading and strategizingassets acquisition and disposition yearly initiatives from cradle to grave including valuation exercises ensuring the bank's capital goals are met through agents and owners.

Providingleadership to the project function on asset enhancement initiatives (remodeling/development planning & repositioning) from early-stage design concept to project implementation until the CPC stage to achieve best-of-class designs, safety, and comfort that meet the bank franchise's business and brand values.

Strategizing and drivingongoing property expansion and modernization projects including fit-outs, iconic branches remodeling, amalgamation and placemaking ensuring key KPIs such as cost, carbon footprints and milestones are met.

Overseeingthe management of all properties and operating banking branches from the tenancy, maintenance and facilities management standpoint to ensure smooth daily operation and optimum operating costs.

Managing, reviewing and analyzingannual budgeting, forecast and performance monitoring of capital and operating expenditures ensuring expenses ratios are optimized and aligned to the departmental and property portfolios' key performance index.

Playingan active role in the divisional OSHA, Disciplinary and BCP Committees.

Taking on the role as akey contributor to the bank's Sustainability, Risk & Compliance and Strategic Cost Management activities.

Job Requirements:

Malaysian citizen.

Bachelor's Degreeholderin Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or any related background.

Strong knowledge and experience in Property Managementis required.

Fluency in oral and written English language is essential while good command of Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of stakeholders.

Possess strong leadership skills, stakeholder management skills, and communication skills.

Able to exercise good professional judgment in the interest of the Bank and the department.
