- Processing of Motor claim (OD, ODK, TP KFK, TPPD) to ensure compliance with BNM and regulatory bodies.
- Handle and process motor claims (OD, ODK, TP KFK, TPPD) in accordance with the Company's Claims Service Standard.
- Preparing fraud checklist, assess, and approve claim within authority limit.
- Initiate KFK enquiry, seek mandate from third party insurer and make settlement of TPPD claims within authority limit.
- Ensure reserve is adequately provided for and adjust reserve, if necessary.
- Ensure claims details are updated in system to meet reporting requirement.
- Ensure update of NCB timely based on supporting document.
- Review and follow up on outstanding documents with customer and third-party insurer on mandate.
- Attend to enquiry from customer and agent.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
- Education – Diploma, Degree holder in any discipline and/or non degree holders with strong related working experience.
- Ideally with 2 years related working experience in motor claim.
- Computer literate and familiar with Merimen and POLA system.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
