About the Role

Assist in streamlining, simplifying, and improving Finance end-to-end processes with systems and tools to drive productivity and efficient user experience.

Build analytics/reports and/or visualizations to support business decisions.

Develop sustainable solutions that deliver tangible values to Finance.

Generate statistical and financial analytics or reports using SQL, Power BI or other relevant tools to support critical business decisions

Perform analysis of current processes by identifying issues and root cause to performance issues and develop targeted improvement opportunities.

Develop detailed business requirements for process changes and/or technical solutions.

Closely collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of change initiatives and benefits realization.

Manage the communication, training and roll out of solution to business users.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Information System/Accounting and/or other related qualifications.

Excellent communication skills with clear articulation to communicate information with clarity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous personality.

High degree of competency with data analysis using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query and other relevant tools.

Good understanding of the SDLC, including testing lifecycle.

Capable of working independently across multiple tasks and projects with a good understanding of Finance systems and processes.

Knowledge and experience in process analysis, documentation and improvement methodology is an added advantage.

Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on.
