    What is the opportunity?

    CACEIS Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones. Malaysia is one of two operational processing hubs that supports Custody - Transaction Management; Settlements; NAV Production; Fund Reporting; Shareholder Services; Global Fund Platform Services; Data Service Delivery; Entitlements income and corporate actions and Reconciliations. The country employs a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 22/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our centres of excellence and to implement/leverage standard processes globally.

    Specific to Data Service Delivery Team, this role will be associated to 3 main processes Global Security Master File, Data Management in MILVUS & Projects within this department.

    Working hours: 3:00PM -12:00AM / 4:00PM 1:00AM

    What will you do?

  • The Manager RIPA SME will act as a business expert to the DSD department and will be involved in ensuring a smooth transition to CACEIS with the highest level of accuracy is achieved in daily BAU and the adherence of process controls and internal policies & procedures.
  • Continue to identify and address the gaps that arises during the transition and to ensure data quality is delivered.
  • Operational Excellence

  • To ensure tracking, documenting, and reporting issues arising from transition with appropriate action plan for each logs.
  • Monitor, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Participation in Transformation & Change

  • Participate in testing of system enhancements and changes and provide recommendations and constructive solutions for issue as that arise.
  • Develop and support process improvement initiatives and process optimization to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Communication & Leadership Excellence

  • Maintain efficient communication channels with BAU managers, Program and CACEIS SMEs including cross location aspects
  • Design and deliver training solutions, to grow the Global Client Operations knowledge in various roles. Include guidelines to coordinate DSD transition and migrations.
