- The Manager RIPA SME will act as a business expert to the DSD department and will be involved in ensuring a smooth transition to CACEIS with the highest level of accuracy is achieved in daily BAU and the adherence of process controls and internal policies & procedures.
- Continue to identify and address the gaps that arises during the transition and to ensure data quality is delivered.
- To ensure tracking, documenting, and reporting issues arising from transition with appropriate action plan for each logs.
- Monitor, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
- Participate in testing of system enhancements and changes and provide recommendations and constructive solutions for issue as that arise.
- Develop and support process improvement initiatives and process optimization to enhance quality and productivity.
- Maintain efficient communication channels with BAU managers, Program and CACEIS SMEs including cross location aspects
- Design and deliver training solutions, to grow the Global Client Operations knowledge in various roles. Include guidelines to coordinate DSD transition and migrations.
