    Job Responsibility

    Description

    • As our Advisor, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for acquiring new clients and providing exceptional service to our existing clients. You will be the face of our firm, dealing with client inquiries and providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Our clients come to us when they need help urgently, and we pride ourselves on being the ultimate fire-fighters.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle inquiries from clients and potential clients.
    • Meet with clients (virtually and/or in person) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Advise and provide solutions for clients to protect their valuable IP.
    • Acquire new clients through innovative and proactive approaches.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelorâs Degree in Law/Science/Business or related field.
    • Passionate about Client Relations.
    • Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage and encouraged.
    • Interested in IP law & business consulting.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other admin software/apps.
    • Positive and proactive with a can-do attitude.
    • Professional and polished in communication and presentation.
    • Willing to learn and committed to a long-term position.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
