- Focuses on monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing the performance and outcomes of implemented customer projects against day-to-day operations
- Ensuring that they align with customer requirement and deliver the expected performance and benefits.
- Responsible for implementation function and, success of customer onboarding
- Manages and implement global and regional implementation initiatives and rollouts
- Contribute and implement business strategy and objectives toward Company growth
- Propose and design solution in internal & external IT integrations involving customer systems
- To study and identify processes to increase company competency in implementation process and qualification, includes certifications and training.
- Coordinates with all stakeholders and content experts to achieve seamless implementation
- Drives and supports process compliance (incl.
- Min.2 years of working experiences as related to Process-Driven and Customer Engagement for business onboarding.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Studies or any relevant academic background.
- The incumbent needs to be proficient in stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless experience for our customer.
- Skillset require includes prioritizing, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
