- primarily to assist the business team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales related documentation such as agreement, addendum, change request, sales report etc
- to liaise between BD and stakeholders from other departments to resolve issues and address customers' needs
- to efficiently respond to and follow up on customers' queries in a timely manner
- to work closely with the Business team to develop effective marketing strategies and assess the progress of on-going marketing activities and outcome of campaigns
- to produce progress reports within the department and work with HOD to outline any developed strategies where required
