    Job Responsibilities

    To provide day-to-day support to business team ranging from preparation of formal documents, reports, and coordination with inter-departmental stakeholders in addressing customer's needs and resolving issues. Also to coordinate marketing campaign arrangement with business team and merchants.
    • primarily to assist the business team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales related documentation such as agreement, addendum, change request, sales report etc
    • to liaise between BD and stakeholders from other departments to resolve issues and address customers' needs
    • to efficiently respond to and follow up on customers' queries in a timely manner
    • to work closely with the Business team to develop effective marketing strategies and assess the progress of on-going marketing activities and outcome of campaigns
    • to produce progress reports within the department and work with HOD to outline any developed strategies where required
