    Description

    Summary:

    We are looking for young, pleasant and well-groomed candidates to join our team located in PJ.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Meet and greet walking Directors/business associates
    • Attend to all walk-in visitors at lobby and facilitate visitor's registrations
    • Answer all incoming calls and transfer to respective departments
    • Responsible for the overall upkeeping of the front desk, reception area and its surroundings
    • Check all facilities and equipment at the front desk and reception area to ensure all are in working condition.
    • Lunch hour duty replacements in the absence of any of the team members
    • Ensure corporate flight ticket & hotel booking / issuance requirements are administered and booked in according to the guidelines and SOP
    • Daily after hours support to assist travelers with all flight ticket, hotel booking and mobile roaming issues to ensure no disruption to their travel schedule
    • Ensure travelers insurance are reviewed and renewed annually
    • Responsible to oversee the issuance of corporate mobile phone, broadband device and sim card to the designated and approved users.
    • Ensure all verified invoices from suppliers and vendors are promptly submitted to Finance for payment arrangements to ensure there are no service disruptions due to the delayed payments.
    • Rotate, arrange and update magazines & newspapers at the reception area
    • Report to Admin Department all identified maintenance issues at the lobby
    • Record and coordinate the distribution of the daily mails
    • Record daily receipt of newspapers. Verify monthly invoice and attach records before submission to Finance
    • To undertake ad-hoc assignments from your Superior from time to time

    Requirements;

    • Certificate/Diploma in any field
    • Good communication skills, pleasant, well groomed
    • Minimum 3-4 years relevant working experience
    • Candidates from airlines/hospitality are strongly encouraged to apply
