    We are now looking for a Business Control Specialist . This position will be located in Malaysia.

    What you will do
    Performs all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures:

  • ­To coordinate monthly stock take, check stock take result and monitor inventory correction movement in Raflow
  • ­Coordinating inventory issues, procedures and policies
  • ­Review monthly raw material reconciliation and laminate movement file prepared by stock center in Poland
  • Ensure reasonableness of stock consumption in Raflow
  • Work together with operation to improve material consumption efficiency (waste, claims and second quality)
  • Preparing cost analysis & statistics
  • Manage and control fixed costs through budget follow up
  • Preparing month end closing journal
  • Preparing monthly fixed cost reporting package to operation and management team
  • Liaise with Sales team to minimize customer credit control risk
  • Monitoring and preparing customer account aging status
  • ­ Assisting AR team for any Legal case follow up, if any
  • Manual invoicing and payment process
  • Company Tax Return preparation and submission
  • Working capital management
  • Internal control testing
  • Involve yearly audit and tax computation activities
  • Malaysia Statistic Department Surveys
  • Proactively and constructively point out business improvement potential
  • Support business process and IT – tools development
  • Promote cross-divisional and cross-functional co-operation through networking
  • Who you are

  • In-depth knowledge in financial issues
  • Bachelor level degree in accounting or equivalent and min 2-5 years work experience
  • Good knowledge of label stock production processes
  • Sounds financial English skills
