    Description
    Job Description (JD)


    • To prepare Redemption Statement / Letter of Disclaimer cum
    Undertaking / Letter of Consent for Project Financing Accounts


    • To prepare to the discharge of charge for Project Financing
    Accounts


    • To prepare letter of instruction to solicitor
    • To perform all transactions regard to the redemption sum
    payment and admin fees received into the respective loan system


    • To Initiative the data maintenance in Redemption Tracking System
    (RTS) for all new bridging financing project by input all the
    relevant data to facilitate the issuance of Letter of Disclaimer cum
    Undertaking


    • To attend to the request or liaise with End
    Financiers/Solicitor/Developer/Customer for all matters relate to
    project financing account


    • To perform UAT for system enhancement
    • Any other ad-hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to
    time.
    Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)


    • Fresh graduate OR minimum 1 year working experience in
    banking industry


    • Good Team-player with positive attitude and good interpersonal
    skills.


    • Diligent, responsible and meticulous for the task assigned.
    • Strong in computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point).
    • Strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize work.
