Specific Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for understanding the Master Data Structure for all in-scope ERP Applications (Customer).
2. Accountable for understanding the Master Data Structure for Non-ERP Global Applications (Concur, Ariba, PeopleSoft, ADP, Sales Force) and how these Global Applications impact the SBD SAP ERP environments.
3. Accountable for maintaining the quality and accuracy of the customer data.
4. Drive and Develop Process Improvements on key Data/Risk areas.
5. Understand Governance model and ownership of master data for in-scope instances, including proposals for centralization.
6. Support metric reporting and root cause analysis.
7. Provide support to the business partners on ERP and non-ERP financial structure decisions and requirements related to projects, acquisitions, conversions, reporting needs.
8. Maintain guidelines, playbook documents and other common sites that provide information to our customers.

1. Ability to learn Stanley's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and non-ERP systems.
2. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, business operations, and processes.
3. Strong time management skills, ability to multitask, and highly organized.
4. Excellent problem identification, prioritization, and remediation skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Database concepts.
7. Understanding the Credit and Collection and Customer Service processes.
