    Job Description
    • Providing general administrative support
    • Maintain proper filing, data entry and documentation in a timely manner
    • To perform tasks or assignments according to SOP or as directed by the management
    • Prepare reports and documentation
    • Performing ad-hoc duties

    Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM OTM Level, Higher Secondary/STPM"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
    • Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encourage to apply.
    • Required skills): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
    • Required language(s): MANDARIN, English.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    • Able to communicate with all levels of people
    • Able to start work immediately
