- Providing general administrative support
- Maintain proper filing, data entry and documentation in a timely manner
- To perform tasks or assignments according to SOP or as directed by the management
- Prepare reports and documentation
- Performing ad-hoc duties
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM OTM Level, Higher Secondary/STPM"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encourage to apply.
- Required skills): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
- Required language(s): MANDARIN, English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Able to communicate with all levels of people
- Able to start work immediately
