    Description

    Job Description:

    • Identify areas of growth, develop and execute initiatives to drive business and commercial impact
    • Conduct data analysis on campaigns performance and offer recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative engagement and sales mechanics to enhance campaign performance
    • Drive problem solving and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on key business issues
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting to facilitate management decision making
    • Keep abreast of trends on other ecommerce platforms and broader industry developments
    • Act as a point-of-contact to interface with cross-functional departments

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years' experience in a high performing organisation
    • Background in e-Commerce, marketing or dynamic tech start-ups is a plus
    • Excellent command of English. Good communication and writing skills
    • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage expectations. Experience with change management is a plus
    • Analytical and structured thinker, with outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Independent and self-motivated. Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of tasks
    • Flexible to taking on new, unfamiliar and difficult tasks or projects
    • Result oriented with bias for hands-on execution
    • Advanced Excel skills and high degree of comfort with numbers knowledge in SQL is a plus
