Our client is a reputable company in the metaphysics industry. In order to support the company's expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as Recruitment Specialist.

In the role of a Recruitment Specialist, you will take on a leadership position in talent acquisition, managing the screening and selection processes for highly skilled individuals to join our organization. Collaboration with department managers and the HR team is pivotal in addressing all organizational vacancies and implementing effective recruitment strategies for a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about current industry trends and recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to discern staffing needs and formulate job descriptions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, which includes:
• Posting job openings across diverse recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Sourcing and pre-screening resumes for relevant positions, conducting phone interview to assess candidate potential.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring completion of necessary documentation before interview sessions.
• Following up on interview results and working closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist with well-versed in sourcing techniques, candidate evaluation, and recruitment best practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle sensitive candidate information with the utmost care
• Capable of managing multiple recruitment projects
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
