- Conduct a thorough UX research which may include activities such as data analysis, user interviews, persona development and running Design workshops.
- Develop a well-structured, comprehensive information architecture/sitemap based on innovative user journeys.
- Developing wireframes, hi-fi prototypes and high-quality UI screens compatible with a range of devices and screen s.
- Running usability testing for design improvement and user validations
- Produce all research and design assets such as research findings, usability testing report, UI kit and UI spec documentation.
- Provide support during design handover and validation post implementation with development team.
- Facilitate design thinking workshop with business, users and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Design ( Product, Brand & UX writers ), Development, Marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency of efforts.
- Work closely with Design, Development, and Product teams to ensure proper utilization and integration of the Design System in all projects.
- 5 years' and above experience as a User Experience Designer or Product Designer
- 1 to 2 years' experience in design management
- Experience with design tools, and design testing tools: Figma, Sketch
- Experience with design thinking methodology and toolkits
- Has an extensive portfolio of work (e.g., designing for web app, mobile app and digital services)
- Experience working in an Agile and SAFe environment; knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies
- Experience with Agile workflow tools such as Jira, AzureDevOps
- Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
- Experience communicating across multiple functions and negotiating at all levels
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in lieu of degree.

Job Title :UI/UX LEAD, EXPERIENCE DESIGNER (FLE)
ROLE PURPOSE :
As the Experience Design, you will partner with cross-functional members of our product teams such as DesignOps, product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders.
You will help on refining the user experience of a product, making products pleasant to use and navigate.Focus on designing and shipping great products as well as ensure design has a high bar for quality as per process and prioritization to align the delivery of high-quality design work to the most important product areas.
This is a senior level designer role that encompasses design delivery, design management for digital services and enterprise applications.The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of design and the different crafts that are part of the design family
