Description

Perform Service and Repair of Dyson's products.

To communicate with customers as part of service requirement – main focus to servecustomer at front desk and at the same time able to do repair work.

To perform daily activities as per established process and procedures.
To produce quotation for Over warranty units.
Produce timely and detailed reports.
To meet KPIs set up.
To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive servicesuccess that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, andincreases profitability.
To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, socialcompliance, and business integrity policy.

Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
Proven field service experiencePossess good command of EnglishAbility to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
