UX Designer / Product Designer
The UX/UI team is responsible for turning client's vision and user goals into well-designed applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and discovery with stakeholders to understand user pain points, evaluate the findings and produce customer-centric solutions.
  
• Based on understanding from user research and discovery, wireframe the user journey from multiple touchpoints and platform perspectives.
  
• Able to produce user personas, competitor bench-marking, information architecture and other UX deliverables to communicate design solutions effectively.
  
• Conduct usability testing through prototypes, identify weaknesses from wireframe through heuristic evaluation and modify accordingly.
  
• Work closely with Product Owners on design priorities based on the client's signed-off user stories scope.
  
• Work with UI Designers to implement attractive designs and document the design solutions.
  
• Communicate with the Client and their users throughout the design process
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a Product Design or UI/UX role. A strong UX portfolio showcasing at least 3 case studies is required
  
• Strong understanding and respect for user-centric design and design thinking principles
  
• Has experience and expertise in web, mobile or touch devices user experience design. Experience in facilitating a Design Sprint is an added advantage
  
• Ability to ask insightful questions, listen well and act on feedback
  
• The ability to work on multiple projects and clients
  
• Good communication skills, including a good command of written English
  
• Problem-solver, with an initiative to get problems solved
  
• Familiar with Figma, Miro and UX tools
  
• "Can-do" attitude and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
