We specialize in a range of projects from civil works and building construction to aeronautical ground lighting and rubber deposit removal. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement.

    About the Role:

    As our HR Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our people-focused initiatives. You'll wear many hats, from crafting strategic HR policies and procedures to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. You'll be responsible for:

    • Developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
    • Managing performance reviews and career development plans.
    • Cultivating a positive and engaging company culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Partnering with leadership to implement strategic workforce initiatives.

    Requirements

    You're the perfect fit if you have:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
    • A strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
    • Proven expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, and performance management.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for building relationships and fostering collaboration.
    • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
