About the Role

1. Primary responsibilities are to provide the user acceptance testing, change management & data analysis support across multiple claims system enhancements, BAU initiatives & projects

2. To design the test script, test plan and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT)

3. To create the process flow (SOP's), user guides & other documentation for change management.

4. To conduct data analysis on the claims volume, return on investments & UAT test data etc.

Role Responsibilities

Test script preparation based on the user requirement and functional specifications document.

Complete the test cases within the time frame and ensure all the defects are raised on the same day.

Follow up with business user for the UAT sign off.

To ensure user guide/SOP are completed before launch date.

To ensure accurate training conducted with the relevant team /department.

Deployment / Post deployment testing & support.

Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.

To generate analysis & provide concise, insightful summary of information to head of department.

To synthesize data and feedback from users, clients, and management.

Minimum Job Requirements

Strong communication skills and ability to effectuate change at multiple levels of the organization

Ability to handle multitasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.

Eexperience on the UAT testing / claims management / insurance background is added advantage.

Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
