- Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms, other engineering disciplines, local municipalities/utilities, trade contractors, and other project stakeholders in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detailed drawings.
- Ensure specifications, standard and checklists developed are aligned with corporate guidelines and safety and quality expectations.
- Monitor any assigned project to ensure that it is within agreed scope, schedule and budget.
- Ensure good constructability, maintainability, quality, sustainability, aesthetics and accessibility of the building and infrastructure.
- Work with Procurement team to engage and handle the service providers.
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance by developing inspection standard operating procedure and risk assessment for routine and non-routine works.
- Performs and facilitates audits, develop inspection checklists, arrange any necessary upgrade, repair or maintenance.
- Facilitates regular studies for spare part needs and repair and maintenance efficiency to increase reliability and reduce spending.
- Responsible for related budgeting and expenditures monitoring.
- Adhere to company's environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, good housekeeping standard and quality policy when performing work

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, or relevant education or working experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building and fire codes, hazardous occupancies, architectural system designs, etc.
• Proven ability to understand structural drawing & schematic related to building, equipment and system documentation.
