- Responsible to carry out inspection and monitoring of stating materials, packaging materials and intermediate, bulk and finished product to ensure they meet the specifications.
- To collect and record quality data in the inspection report.
- To keep and monitor retention sample inspections according to time frame. Retained samples to be keep according to their respective batch manufacturing records for one year more than the expiry date.
- To establish product shelf-life on the basis of running the product stability monitoring program test.
- To assist in performance of calibration work.
- To assist in handling of product complaints.
- To maintain proper house-keeping practices in production operations.
- To assist superior with JAKIM (HALAL) and other government departments.
- To assist in resolving quality problem and continual improvement.
- Responsible to execute and monitor all the validation and verification activities.
- To undertake any other jobs directed by superior from time to time. Requirements
- Degree in Biotechnology/ Food Technology/ Food Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in healthcare/ pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
- Self-driven with leadership competencies, a good team member, problem solving, observant and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
