    Description

    Job Overview:

    The team is seeking senior digital designer to help bring aesthetic life into the digital-led creations & solutions. We're looking at designers with an eye for detail and sharp design sense to facilitate the realisation of our digital solutions through mock-ups all the way to finish artworks. On top of the artsy and creative abilities we're looking for, the value in the role is also in having a positive, creative, critical, and problem-solving mindset.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to lead design processes from ideation to execution to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables
    • Ability to conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for web, and mobile apps as well as marketing materials
    • Ability to craft prototypes for web / mobile apps and clearly communicate, present, and explain design decisions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear and effective visuals to achieve both product and business goals
    • Ability to analyse and monitor design trends, and delve into the aesthetic preferences of users to be reflected and refined into existing designs
    • Provide mentorship/guidance to junior creatives to foster their growth and development within the team
    • Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

    Good to have:

    • Passion in user-centred design and digital technology
    • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and methodologies
    • Interest in the latest user interface trends and usability functions

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a digital designer working on web/mobile product designs and/or digital designs
    • Diploma / Degree in graphic/multimedia design / UI or a related field
    • Proficient in various interactive and visual design software tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Marvel or other interactive and visual design tool
    • Proficiency in typography, sketching, composition, layout, colour, iconography, illustration
    • Exhibit strong capability in understanding client briefs and objectives, and effectively communicate them clearly and consistently to the working team
    • Strong portfolio showcasing examples of user-centered web/app/marketing design materials.
