Open Position: Data Analytics Manager (IT Technology Company)

A reputable IT Technology Company is looking for Data Analytics Manager to lead the Data Analytics team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver strategic data analytics solutions to the organisation
  
• Provide analytics insights and solutions to solve business problems and provide recommendations on making data-driven decisions to meet business objectives
  
• Good experience in leading the team covering designing, development, testing and deployment of the data analytic solutions
  
• Good experience in data mining, machine learning, predictive analytics, statistical modelling and other relevant skills
  
• Good data modelling experience with tools and database such as Java, Python, R, SQL and etc
  
• Good customer focus and continuously build good rapport and relationships with stakeholders, IT team, vendors and etc
  
• Self-driven with strong analytical and problem solving ability
  
• A people person with passion in leading and growing talents in the team
