    As the Global People Services Benefits Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of HR administrators and SME's. The scope of this role is global, and you will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of the company's benefit and reward programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing benefits and rewards programs that motivate and inspire employees, and that help to drive the company's business goals.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a team of HR administrators and SME's
    • Administer all aspects of the company's benefit and reward programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition
    • Develop and implement new rewards programs and initiatives
    • Work with HR business partners to ensure that rewards programs are aligned with the company's business goals
    • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities to improve rewards programs
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in rewards administration
    • Provide training and development to rewards administrators
    • Serve as the rewards team's representative at events and meetings, both in person and virtually
    • Flexible with working hours as you will be required to attend meetings outside the normal business hours and will be required to work on Malaysian public holidays
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in HR shared services preferably in a team lead role managing benefits and rewards
    • Strong understanding of HR Shared services, compensation, benefits, and recognition principles
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be highly skilled in Excel and proficient in other Microsoft Office applications.
