Description

• Attend to customers and ascertain their needs to drive sales.
• Provide advice on the product line to customers based on features, comparisons to other brands, and promotions.
• Handle customers' pre- and post-sales inquiries with tactfulness.
• Manage store visibility and merchandise in the store.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Fulfil all other duties, activities, and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

• Technology enthusiast.
• Customer-oriented, patient, and friendly.
• Possesses good discipline, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and a shift basis (following the retail shop's operational hours).
• Having good knowledge and interest in TV and Soundbar products will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English / Mandarin will be an added advantage.
