- To support and take ownership in legal and compliance advisory, contracts drafting and reviewing for the business in a timely manner
- To provide relevant legal advise with regards to EPC contracts, Project Agreements, Terms & Conditions, Offer Documents etc.
- To prioritise creating value for both the organisation and its shareholders, cultivating mutually advantageous results.
- To collaborate with external panel firms to address contractual, commercial, and legal issues.
- To undertake any extra responsibilities and tasks within legal and compliance as needed by leadership team.
- Possess a recognised degree in Law (LL.B)
- Ideally a minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience
- Previous experience in the engineering & construction legal areas and/or industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Malaysian corporate and commercial law, as well as litigation practices.
- Resourceful and has sound understanding of corporate governance and compliance principles
