    About the Role

    The Growth Marketing Manager will foresee overall funnel marketing for Membership and Partner Programs. You will support the Membership & Partners Growth Manager by executing our growth strategy, encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing.

    As the Growth Marketing Manager you will manage and support activities in acquisition stages of the customer experience: finding opportunities to rapidly grow customer acquisition, activation, cross-selling and up-selling. You will be leading a team proficient in marketing funnels like Video Sales Letter (VSLs), Freemium, Tripwires and others.

    Working cross-functionally with the advertising, data management, creative services and the extended marketing team, you will implement data-driven growth plans. We are looking for a deeply experienced and data driven professional with a strong focus on acquisition in order to support our Membership & Partners Growth Manager to boost awareness & customer acquisition.

    In this role, you will be responsible for constantly improving the marketing funnels with testing and innovation, scaling on advertising and organic sources whilst keeping the brand sanctity and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives. You'll work closely with different teams namely product development, video creative, advertising and copywriting & creative teams to deliver ROAS positive campaigns for colder audiences. We expect you to be highly analytical, testing oriented and obsessed with measuring and reporting results.

    Responsibilities

  • Execute and implement campaigns on CRM tools for all messaging channels including push, email, in-app, etc (Braze, Iterable)
  • Support operational execution and health monitoring for email service providers (Iterable, Sendgrid, Everest)
  • Report and optimize CRM journey and campaign performances by analyzing user data
  • Monitor and manage opt-in list hygiene and take appropriate actions to ensure high deliverability and performance
  • Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Marketing Technologists to ensure success in operational delivery and excellence
  • Produce summary reports and recommend actions and best practices for stakeholders
  • Manage and partner with stakeholders on relevant channel/media strategies and tactics
  • Innovate and optimize workflows according to business priorities
  • Oversee and ensure messaging standards are followed by the entire company
  • Support team members in operating workflows and automations to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and operations
  • Prior hands-on experience in multiple B2C CRM/CEP tools
  • Deep understanding of systems thinking and outcome-driven processes - Knowledge of data platforms and product analytics
